our process:
I. Nice to meet you
You have done your research, you've looked at our website and instagram and have decided to send us a message via our contact form. You are ready to learn more about us! At this stage we will set up a video call to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit for your event. We'll go through packages to see what is the best fit for your day. We'll also show you more of our work if needed and answer any more questions you may have.
II. It's official
At this stage, you're one step closer to finding your wedding photographer! We will send a custom quote first for you to look over and if everything looks like a good fit then we'll send a contract for you to sign. Once the contract and initial deposit has been made - we are officially your wedding photographers! We can also send vendor recommendations and timeline suggestions if needed.
III. Engagement session
All of our wedding packages comes with an engagement session. Engagement sessions are fun because it's your chance to showcase your personality. Do you like hiking? Going to the beach? Getting ice cream at Tuckers? You can get as creative as you want and we'll come along to capture it all. This is also practice for us to work together before your big day!
Iiii. Wedding itinerary
We will check in with you 1-2 months before your wedding for one last meeting before the big day. At this point, you will send us your itinerary and get us in touch with your wedding planner (if applicable). We'll go over the flow of the day, family photo list, must-have poses, inspiration, etc.
V. the big day
All that planning has led us to your special day! We made it! Since we've spoken beforehand and you've sent the itinerary and we are in touch with your wedding planner, you get to really enjoy the day and not worry about a thing! We want you to focus on each other and we'll take care of capturing those precious memories.
VI. editing
We will send you 10-15 sneak peeks 48 hours after your wedding so that you have gorgeous photos to post right away! For the rest of the album, our editing process takes 6-8 weeks. At this stage, we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure we give you our best work. This is where we put the KNL look and feel to your photos. But how many pictures will you receive? If the photo looks good, then it is yours so be rest assured that we are sending you all of your best memories.
VII. gallery
You will receive an email with a link to your online gallery. In that email you will receive a password and download link. You can download all of the photos and can share the link with family and friends.
